Training is an area that could look really difficult to manage in Football Manager. It is something that needs attention from you as a manager and that could be time consuming. But if you do spend some time into managing your training, the results will be great. Great coaches are essential, but the right training schedules are just as essential.

In the first video Fox in the Box explained why you should never leave training to your assistant manager. In part 2 he then explained how you should be using individual training. In part 3 it will be combining individual and your team training. Without combining these two, your individual training will never be very effective.
