The coaches we have on our downloadable shortlist represent the best coaches in the game in every possible training category. You can use this download to find the best coaches for your team.
Criteria
Every person on the list has Coach as their preferred job set in Football Manager 2021. This way you won't be trying to sign Pep Guardiola as your new goalkeeping coach.
The coaches on this list have been found while using a large database and all nations and possible competitions loaded.
Attributes
- Coaching attributes* - 12 or higher
- Determination - 10 or higher
- Level of Discipline - 10 or higher
- Motivating - 10 or higher
*Coaching attributes reflect the needed attributes for every category. For example a Defensive Tactical coach has Defending and Tactical set as their Coaching attributes.
With these filters the game will only show you the best of the best!
How to install Best coaches in Football Manager 2021
- Download the .fmf file
- Move the file to \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\shortlists
- Load Football Manager
- Go to Staff > Staff Shortlist
- Open the menu under the GEAR icon
- Press Load Shortlist
- Pick the FMI Coaches Shortlist and press Load to finish
If the shortlist doesn't show up in the load shortlist area, use the 'Import shortlist' function first.
