A deep-dive into the world of mentoring in Football Manager.
Mentoring replaced Tutoring a few years back and that was a massive change in the way the younger players were helped by the more experienced players in the game. Our good friend Fox in the Box has released an awesome video relating Mentoring in FM2021 and we want to share that awesome video with our fans.
Mentoring
With this option you will be able to group players in your squad. This group will contain both young and older players and they will spend time with each other on and off the pitch.
With mentoring younger players will be able to develop certain areas of their game, including mental attributes, personalities and player traits.
Social groups
The mentoring groups could also help with integrating a new signing into your club and into one of the club's social groups.
