Football Manager 2023 will have the official licence of the UEFA, meaning the UEFA's club competitions will be fully licenced.
With the official announcement of Football Manager 2023 and the confirmation of the official release date Sports Interactive did not release any information on new features or new headline features of the game. However, we did get a glimpse of something brand new and that is the official UEFA brand licence for FM23.

FM23 UEFA Licence confirmed
Sports Interactive have confirmed that they have acquired a full licence from the UEFA to feature all their club competitions in the game. The statement reads:

Whether you're taking part in the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League or UEFA Super Cup, you'll step into the most realistic match experience yet across FM23 (PC/Mac), FM23 Console (Xbox/PS5), FM23 Touch (Apple Arcade/Nintendo Switch™) and FM23 Mobile (iOS/Android).
