This is a list with the best Director's of Football in Football Manager 2024.
The Director of Football role seems unnecessary to most of you and in fact he isn't vital in your journey to success. The biggest difference with the Director of Football in real life is that in FM he has a serving role, while normally as director he is responsible for the football part of the club and is therefore also responsible for appointing and sacking the manager. In FM you have more control compared to the DOF and you can use him to do some dirty jobs that will make your life easier.
