This is a list with the best Assistant Managers in Football Manager 2023.
The assistant manager is your right-hand man, the one you should be able to fall back on when things go wrong and the one with whom you hope to celebrate the greatest successes. He's the one you have to trust blindly and that's why the assistant coach is so important.
The role of assistant in Football Manager is very diverse. You can use it in different ways and we have described this in our special guide about the assistant manager.
This does not alter the fact that the assistant trainer has a number of shared characteristics that apply to every assistant. The essential attributes:
