The Assistant Manager is your right-hand man and probably the one you rely on the most in Football Manager. The Assistant is the one you will need to be able to trust through thick and thin and that is why a great assistant is very important.
The role of the Assistant in Football Manager is very divsers as you can use him in many different ways. All of these roles are described in our dedicated guide on the Assistant Manager. This does not change the fact that every Assistant Manager in FM24 has a number of attributes that apply to each and everyone of them. These attributes are:
