FM24 - Youngsters at the AFC Asian Cup

The eighteenth edition of the AFC Asian Cup will start on Friday January 13th. Defending champion Qatar qwill try to win back-to-back titles in their own country, though many other nations will be hoping to claim the title at the Asian Cup.

The Asian Cup is not yet very well known among the public in Europe, but the tournament has definitely been on the rise in recent years. The matches are broadcast live nowadays and there are plenty of big Asian stars making their living in Europe.

Asian Cup in Football Manager

The Asian Cup is of course playable in Football Manager, but not many managers will have experienced in one of their saves. That is only for the real Journeyman fanatics. The Asian database, like the African database, is not well represented in FM24, although there are about 10 nations and 30 competitions playable.

However, adding playable countries such as Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain would make the database so much better. Fortunately, Japan has made playable in FM24 which makes the Asian continent a lot more interesting.
