This is a list with the 11 best wonderkids in Football Manager 2023, according to their potential.

Wonderkids are the type of players we all love to see in Football Manager. It is for a reason that the wonderkids shortlists you see in the community are the best viewed pages. At FMInside we also have a set Wonderkids filter in our Player Database (use here) and this shows us a couple of hundred talented players in the game. However, if we use more filters as we try to find the best of the best, we have found a total of 11 wonderkids to be the absolute best in terms of their potential.

We can all agree that most players on this top 11 list are well-known to the public and us Football Manager fanatics. We mean, Erling Haaland and Vinicius Junior are even debateable to still be wonderkids as they have proven themselves at the absolute highest level of the game.

Luckily, Football Manager wouldn't be Football Manager if they did not have any surprises up their sleeves. FM23 introduces Endrick. The 15-year-old Brazilian is highly regard as one of the future stars in football by many. We all knew him and we even added him to FM22 with our FMInside Update, but it is still fun to see him actually being in the game this year!

Another new face as a top wonderkid is the 16-year-old PSG midfielder Warren Zaïre-Emery. He has made his senior debut for PSG this season and anyone who makes their debut for PSG at the age of 16 years, four months 40 days is a promising player... In France they have tipped him as a true phenomenon.
