Sports Interactive have released a small update for Football Manager 2022. This update will fix several stability and speed issues players experienced with the game since the full release.

22.1.1 List of Changes
- Crash fixes and stability improvements
- Optimisation of a number of in-game screens to allow speedier movement through the game including, but not limited to: Loading Tactics, Data Hub, Scouting Assignments and the Inbox
- Competition and rule group fixes and improvements, including within Chile, England, France, Peru and Russia*
- Reactivated scrolling using up/down arrows when inbox selected
As always: the patch is save game compatible. However, to experience the full benefits of the update you will have to start a new game.
If you encounter any problems in the FM22 Beta or experience game breaking bugs. Please head over to the official Sports Interactive forums and report them. The more bugs get fixed, the better the game will be on its release on November 9th.
How to install the patch
As always you will need to close down Football Manager 2022 if you are currently running the game. After you re-launch the game Steam/Epic should then automatically download & install the latest patch for you.
