Player development is one of the most important areas in Football Manager 2024 if you like long term saves. Players use the facilities for training and they need good facilities to maximise the results over time. This means you will need to try and develop the best possible training facilities your budget allows you to build.

The training facilities obviously relate to the quality of the training ground, but is also reflects the level and quality of the dressing rooms and equipment they use while a player is on the club. Regardless of the age, the facilities are used by all visible players at your club.

The overall level of your training facilities are important to develop the attributes of your players. The better the facilities, the better the overal training level will be. State-of-the-art facilities will maximise player development and will have quicker resilts than other facilities. Just like player profiles, the facility levels are also built on a scale from 0 to 20. Unlike attributes, facility level attributes are not shown and these are translated into a description. The official levels and their corresponding descriptions in Football Manager 2024 are as followed:
