Youth Development is very important if you like to play longer saves in Football Manager and that makes a good youth academy essential. Also, we can agree that developing youth players and seeing them shine in your first team is one of the most enjoyable things in Footbball Manager. The youth academies are also one of the areas FM players look at when starting and deciding where to start a new save.
In this article you will find the clubs with the best youth academies in Football Manager 2024. The list has 25 different clubs that can be managed in FM24 and most of them are European clubs. However, it is great to see some lesser known clubs on the list, such as Ulsan from South Korea.
If we compare this list to the same list we have created for FM23, there are not many changes to the list. One major club is missing from the list though and that is Ajax. They have one of the best-known youth academies in the world, but are missing out this year. They do not meet the criteria and therefore do not score high enough to make the list.
