The coaches on our shortlist were found using a large database with every single nation and league loaded. It is possible that some of the coaches on our shortlists are not in your save.
How to install FM20 Best coaches Shortlist
- Download the .fmf file
- Move the file to \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\shortlists
- Load Football Manager
- Go to Staff > Staff Shortlist
- Open the menu under the GEAR icon
- Press Load Shortlist
- Pick the FMI Coaches Shortlist and press Load to finish
If the shortlist doesn't show up in the load shortlist area, use the 'Import shortlist' function first.
