FM24 - Serie A starting budgets

FMInside Oct 25, 2023 Last modified: 15 Mar 14,354 views

These are the starting transfer and wage budgets for the 20 clubs from the Italian Serie A in Football Manager 2024. Updated for the official FM24.3 winter update.

The Serie A has made quite the comeback in recent years. The Italians experienced a small set-back between 2010 and 2020 but with AS Roma winning the Conference League and Internazionale reaching the final of the Champions League, the Serie A seems to have returned as one of the top  leagues in Europe.

Leading champions Napoli have the biggest transfer purse in FM24 with a budget of €35M. They are followed by AC Milan and surprisingly Atalanta with a €20M budget. Internazionale and Juventus complete the top five with a €15M budget. Five teams have the lowest budget, including Frosinone, Genoa, Cagliari, Salernitana and Lecce. If we take a look at the Balance, Juventus are still the richest club, followed by both clubs from Milan. Newly promoted Frosinone has the smallest balance in the league with €9M.

In this list you see below you see the 20 clubs from the Italian Serie A in Football Manager 2024 and their starting budgets. Important to realise is that these are the budgets for the standard game mode. If you pick Real World or Your World, the budgets could be different. Also, the level of your manager has an effect on budgets and so do the objectives you select for the first season.
