A file that will add leagues to the Dutch football ladder down to tier 7 (Tweede Klasse). Now compatible with 21.3.

It is exactly what it says on the tin: this is an updated version of the Dutch leagues down to the seventh tier (Tweede Klasse). It is an update of my FM20 file. It features COVID mitigations for the Eerste Divisie (D2), but not for the tiers below. Indeed, the lower tiers already start their season much later by design, and at worst you're in Semi-Pro leagues and aren't as affected.
It still features the KNVB Beker expansion with possible qualification through the six Districtsbekers, the Periode system including last year's custom variant for the Tweede Klasse to allow for a fairly fluid promotion/relegation system up and down the pyramid.
Since some divisions group were missing a team, I took the liberty to add very reputable teams from the Lower Leagues instead of changing the system for the couple of sub-divisions lacking the same number of clubs as the other ones. Some minor adjustments to the various playoffs have been made compared to the FM20 version, such as an ABBA penalty system in all eligible matches as well as no away goal rule after 90 minutes in any and every playoff.
Beyond that, there haven't been any significant changes to the rules or the structure of the Dutch leagues despite the impact of the pandemic.

Like last season, I still send my thanks to all the people who have been helping, to the threads linked below that have served as resources, and to all the people before me who spent even a second of their time to make this database possible.
In particular, the effort of the Dutch researchers is an highlight of this version as they've been adding a lot of the missing club information such as longer names, nicknames, kits and stadiums to the lower tier sides down to the Derde Klasse (which isn't featured in this database) for a more immersive than before experience.

How to install Netherlands Lower Leagues
- Download the file
- Make sure the .fmf file is stored in \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\editor data
- Start Football Manager and start a new career.
- When selecting your database files, make sure the editor file is ticked
- Continue to Advanced Settings
- Once you have selected your Nations & Leagues you can start your game.
