Transfer information
Ezequiel Barco is a wanted man in Football Manager 2018. The young Argentinian is shortlisted by a number of clubs and that could drive up his transfer fee. But, if you are fast enough, you can keep it down to an acceptable level. We managed to secure Barco for a 5M initial fee, with a 30% profit of next sale with Real Madrid. The initial fee can be a bit lower if you accept Independiente’s demands of a 50% profit clause.

Pros
Ezequiel Barco is a very talented player and can improve a lot in the future. He has a balanced and normal personality, which makes him fairly easy to work with. Strongest area of the game is his Strength and Stamina, that make him a very good athlete. Barco is also natural in a couple of positions and he can be re-trained as a central midfielder.

Cons
Barco isn’t the biggest player, so don’t expect any headers from him. It is safe to say that this is his worst attribute. But, if you want him to play behind a lone striker and you expect him to show up in the final third, he will need to improve his heading skills to at least 10+. He can also grow mentally, so make sure to pair him up with a positive veteran, Barco could learn to be more consistent, Determined and concentrated.
